Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions and spinach in olive oil until the spinach is wilted and the onions are soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese, fresh dill, parsley, and seasonings to taste.
- Layer several sheets of phyllo dough in a baking pan, brushing each layer with olive oil for a crispy texture.
