Description

Snickers Salad is a fun and indulgent no-bake dessert that combines tart apples, whipped cream, and cream cheese with the sweet crunch of Snickers bars. Perfect for potlucks, parties, or as a quick sweet treat, this easy recipe will be a crowd-pleaser at any occasion. It’s a customizable dessert that’s both creamy and crunchy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 medium tart apples (such as Granny Smith)
  • 4 full-size Snickers candy bars

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 additional Snickers bar, chopped
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Prepare the Whipped Cream:

    • Beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until it thickens. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Set aside.
  • Mix the Cream Cheese:

    • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add half of the whipped cream and blend together, then fold in the rest of the whipped cream. Set aside.
  • Chop the Apples and Snickers:

    • Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, and chop the Snickers bars into small pieces.
  • Combine Everything:

    • Add the apples and Snickers pieces to a large bowl. Pour the cream cheese mixture over them and stir to coat.
  • Garnish and Serve:

    • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped Snickers, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, or chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a healthier version, you can use Greek yogurt or light cream cheese instead of full-fat cream cheese.
  • If you're making it nut-free, try swapping Snickers with Milky Way or Rolos.
  • Add extra crunch by including granola or chopped pretzels.
  • You can also try other fruits like pears, bananas, or grapes instead of apples.
