Ingredients

Prepare the Baking Dish:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

- In a large bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
