Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ oz dried porcini mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Add warm broth one cup at a time, stirring frequently, until rice is creamy and tender (about 30 minutes).

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add warm broth gradually for the best creamy texture.
