Ingredients
- 12 mozzarella sticks (or string cheese)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying

- Place mozzarella sticks in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to prevent melting while frying.

- Bowl 1: Flour
- Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper

- Roll each frozen cheese stick in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
