Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet chicken gravy mix
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and chicken gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and place the butter on top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours.
- Once the chicken is tender, shred it with two forks and mix with the juices.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or in a sandwich bun.
