- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
For Topping:
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough into a round shape, about the size of a pizza.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
- While the cookie base cools, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Once cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the cookie base, leaving a border around the edges.
- Decorate with fresh fruits, arranging them in fun Easter egg or flower patterns.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- For variations, try using different seasonal fruits, or add a chocolate drizzle for an extra indulgent touch.
