Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, thyme, paprika, and red pepper flakes to make the filling.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli-cheese mixture, securing the filling with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
