Description

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 6 ½ cups mini marshmallows (divided: 5 cups + 1 ½ cups for mixing)
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup banana pudding mixture (prepared from instant mix)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Crushed vanilla wafers, marshmallow fluff, and white chocolate (for topping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the banana pudding according to package directions and let it set until firm.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in 5 cups of mini marshmallows and cook until melted and smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and prepared banana pudding, mixing until fully incorporated. Remove from heat.
  • Fold in Rice Krispies, remaining marshmallows, and crushed vanilla wafers until well coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and press gently to form an even layer.
  • Top with marshmallow fluff and additional crushed vanilla wafers.
  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring until smooth, and drizzle over the treats.
  • Allow the treats to cool and set before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For a stronger banana flavor, add banana chips or fresh banana slices.
  • Customize by adding chocolate chips, peanut butter, or using dark or milk chocolate for the topping.
  • You can substitute Rice Krispies with any crispy cereal you prefer or use graham cracker crumbs in place of vanilla wafers.
