- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional, but recommended)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas and artichoke hearts. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to ensure they become crispy while roasting.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, artichoke hearts, and chopped shallot.
