  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup thinly sliced beef or steak tips (cooked)
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra spice)
  • Salt, to taste

For Serving:

  • Marinara sauce or queso dip

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.

2. Roll Out the Dough

  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

3. Infuse the Dough with Flavor

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Brush this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.

4. Add Cheese and Steak

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan and half of the shredded provolone over the dough.
  • Evenly distribute the thinly sliced beef on top.
  • Season with garlic powder, oregano, and salt.

5. Fold and Cut the Breadsticks

  • Fold the dough in half over the filling and press lightly.
  • Using a pizza cutter, slice into strips (about 1-inch wide).

6. Twist and Bake

  • Twist each strip gently and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining shredded provolone and chili powder (if using).
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

7. Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve warm with marinara, queso, or garlic butter dip.
