Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup cold whole milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, to taste)
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
- Whipped cream and mango slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and chop the mangoes, discarding the seed.
- Blend the Ingredients: Add cold milk, mango chunks, vanilla ice cream, sugar, and cardamom powder (if using) to a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend until creamy and smooth. If too thick, add more milk.
- Taste & Adjust: Adjust sweetness or cardamom to taste, then blend briefly again.
- Serve Immediately: Pour into glasses, garnish as desired, and enjoy!

- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut) and dairy-free ice cream.
