Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, to taste)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
  • Whipped cream and mango slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and chop the mangoes, discarding the seed.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Add cold milk, mango chunks, vanilla ice cream, sugar, and cardamom powder (if using) to a blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until creamy and smooth. If too thick, add more milk.
  4. Taste & Adjust: Adjust sweetness or cardamom to taste, then blend briefly again.
  5. Serve Immediately: Pour into glasses, garnish as desired, and enjoy!
