Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

Instructions

  • Add chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, and peas. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
