Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic: Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil and salt, wrap in foil, and roast at 400°F for about 35 minutes, until soft.
- Make the Sauce: Blend the ricotta, cream cheese, Parmesan, heavy cream, and roasted garlic paste until smooth. Season to taste.
- Prepare the Pizza: Preheat the oven to 475°F. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired size.
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread the white sauce over the dough, then layer with spinach. Sprinkle mozzarella, feta, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Drizzle olive oil on top.
