Ingredients
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 2 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Chunky Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 ⅓ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ¼ cups crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted sweet cream butter, melted
Instructions
- Make the Ganache – Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat the Pie Plate – Pour ganache into a 9-inch pie plate, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare Peanut Butter Filling – Mix powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter. Stir in melted butter until fully combined.
- Assemble the Pie – Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled ganache. Smooth the top.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Serve chilled.
