Description

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 2 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Chunky Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 ⅓ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 ¼ cups crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup (1 stick) salted sweet cream butter, melted

Instructions

  • Make the Ganache – Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Coat the Pie Plate – Pour ganache into a 9-inch pie plate, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare Peanut Butter Filling – Mix powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter. Stir in melted butter until fully combined.
  • Assemble the Pie – Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled ganache. Smooth the top.
  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Serve chilled.
