Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook Pasta – Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  • Season Chicken – Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook Chicken Bites – Sauté chicken in butter until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
  • Prepare Sauce – Melt butter, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Combine Pasta & Sauce – Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water as needed for consistency.
  • Add Chicken – Return chicken to the skillet and mix with pasta.
  • Serve – Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.
