Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
- 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook Pasta – Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Season Chicken – Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook Chicken Bites – Sauté chicken in butter until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
- Prepare Sauce – Melt butter, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine Pasta & Sauce – Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Add Chicken – Return chicken to the skillet and mix with pasta.
- Serve – Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.
