Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Add the Caesar Dressing: Remove from heat and pour Caesar dressing over chicken. Coat evenly.
  • Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over chicken.
  • Prepare Asparagus: Arrange asparagus around chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder and additional Parmesan.
  • Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and asparagus is tender.
  • Serve: Garnish with lemon juice and serve.
