Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add the Caesar Dressing: Remove from heat and pour Caesar dressing over chicken. Coat evenly.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over chicken.
- Prepare Asparagus: Arrange asparagus around chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder and additional Parmesan.
- Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and asparagus is tender.
- Serve: Garnish with lemon juice and serve.
